So if we’d not imported the mails but generated it all the time on kopano we wouldn’t face that issue - i get you. thanks for that update.

I had lots of “login-trouble” after updating to 1.6.x, but not like you with an “unexpected error” message.
Just was never logging in instead of doing something. Recreating the profile in the deskapp settings fixed it…

hi @BusinessTux KD-2 depends on WebApp functionally. The tickets are in the ‘blocked by’ list in KD-2

What do you mean by errors in console? Log file on server , which one?
Or is there a debug mode for deskapp available which must be started via console?

I’ve tested printing with 1.5.2 on various clients - all work, have you tried to clear the deskapp cache ?

Deskapp is installed using package file. No ini file used for profile.

I haven’t tried deskapp but if it is the same as webapp (which I believe it should be) there is a setting under Mail (Settings) if I remember correctly which does exactly that.

Also you can click on a button on the email itself (one of the icons on the email) which will move the email out into a separate window.
