is there a way for a user to adopt the view for one folder (say inbox) and choose the colums to be shown and set the desired width of the columns and then copy/activate this view for all folders as possible in Outlook?

Thanks for the Link. This is the behavior I (and the users) would expect, but it doesn’t seem to work like this. The users enter addresses to the “TO” or “CC” Fields over and over again, and they do not appear as suggestions, but have to be typed in again and again.
When copying text from one email to a new mail, the text formatting is often completely messed up.
Especially the line spacing is horrible, and there is no way on fixing this with the tools of the editor.
the same problemoccurs for example when pasting from word.
What can we do?
