I found the problem in the kopano.ini there was a high resolution and the force options set.

The only change between 1.4.2 and 1.4.4 are some translations, so that’s not it :)

That turned out to be correct. I deleted the “.config/Kopano DeskApp/” directory and was able to log in without a problem.

I’ve been working on an unofficial MSG importer, which can import msg files directly into Kopano (from the cli). I’ll post the code once it’s stable.

@tbone and this is why its always important to specify the version number when reporting something ;-)

the new DeskApp Version works like a charm and solved the problem.
I think it was a graphic problem because i’ve tried the tip from @marty first and there were a lot of GPU errors in the log.

And the installation on the Ubuntu 14.04 is working. But the UCS-System has the problem with the replacement now

thought the version-difference 1.3.0 to 1.3.22 isnt important - comes out, with deskapp 1.3.22 it worked :sweat_smile:

or the integrated installer from w2012 TS? (btw withour R2?)

and please check if the *.msi-file has no flag set to unsave (right-click -> properties -> “Die Datei stammt von einem anderen Computer. Der Zugrioff wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen eventuell blockiert” -> click “allow” or “Zulassen” )
The last one got me some days to install exchange-Server update :)
