Printing in deskapp 1.5.2 not pssible

I just downloaded the kopano deskapp 1.5.2 , istalled it on Windows 10 and tired to print an email (it was my father who needed it :-) ) .
But it was not possible. It opens a new window-box, but with no button or link. On Google I found several threads here with described the same problem from last year.
Is it possible that this is still not solved???

I couldn’t reproduce your issue.
Where do you print from exactly?

I’ve tested printing with 1.5.2 on various clients - all work, have you tried to clear the deskapp cache ?
