      @mpraunegger said in OUTLOOK DISCONNECTED WITH Z-PUSH ERROR:

      // Max block deletions quantity threshold to evaulate a possible Folder re-sync trigger
      define(‘DELETION_COUNT_THR’, 1000);

      it seems to works.
      Thank you very much to all.

      Many different configurations are possible.

      What distribution are you on?

      How do you plan on authenticating your users? (ldap, or kopano db in mysql)

      https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Postfix

      You’ll also depend on proper SSL setup. One way to do it, using Letsencrypt.

      EDIT:

      (Assuming you are on latest current Ubuntu distro)

      https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/mail-postfix

      And lookup postfix letsencrypt guides, there are so many out there… I suggest as a building block to start with initial self-signed certs, once you have smtps auth working proper, then move your way up with letsencrypt.

      Valid SSL cert is an important part, especially for Outlook.

      mailbox_transport = lmtp:127.0.0.1:2003

      Ich kann dir gerne meine vollständige main.cf geben, macht allerdings nur wenig Sinn, da ich eine sehr spezielle Konfiguration für MariaDB und Active-Directory nutze. Schau dir besser mal den ISPmail Guide auf www.workaround.org an.

      @ckruijntjens Thanks alot for your appreciation! And thanks alot for your offer as well, but accepting donations as a company is quite a hazzle regarding tax, balance sheets, no proper paperwork to provide information about where this came from, and where it goes to.

      And yes, we will continue with the community edition.

      The user @tasism tried to post the following reply, but for whatever reason the forum software does not let me approve his post. Therefore posting manually:

      As I stumbled upon this thread trying to get to get the kopano-docker setup to work behind my reverse TLS proxy (haproxy, not nginx), I just wanted to share the required configuration changes that allowed this to happen for me:

      First of all, the configuration variable has changed its name in later versions and is now SECURE_COOKIES (not INSECURE_COOKIES). I chose to put the following in the kopano_webapp.env file:

      KCCONF_WEBAPP_SECURE_COOKIES=false

      In addition, I commented out the FQDNCLEANED variable in the .env file:

      #FQDNCLEANED=....

      That’s it, very easy from this perspective…

      I used a Container for Debian 10 on proxmox. After I switched to a normal vm-installation. It works. Don’t know why.

      Kopano up and running.

      Hi @junglemarc ,
      I did the backups with
      kopano-backup --user … --output-dir …
      One backup includes the period from 2000 to 2015 and the other from 2016 to today.
      I want put them together. Two user in one user.

      Hi @Thomas-M
      you are right. This is indeed the modification date.
      Unfortunately there is no switch to only backup a defined timeframe from a calendar.

      Good to hear you got it done. Can you share on here what config you tried and what you changed? It would make it valuable info for others who runs in same situation.

      Another result from my testings:

      The Signature on “Signed Only” E-mail only stays intact if webapp is set to plaintext (not html) AND the lines are shorter than 907 characters.

      If the lines are longer some component in the chain seems to break lines after the smime plugin has made its signature. This of course makes the signature invalid for the receiver.

      The mail in the Sent-Folder of webapp does not show the broken lines. Therefore Webapp itself verifies its own signature correctly in the sent-folder.

      So long

      @drauer said in Kopano One Repo gone: > re-activated the Kopano One repository
      THX for reactivating! I hope the repo and Kopano One stays available for some time as parallel option to Groupware. PLS understand 2016-2021 I spend hundreds of hours integrating Kopano as k4s with Synology recently for DSM-7 with this repo by enthusiasm and for fun. Well, it is no fun when the repo and product goes away with any comm’s or warning.

      A Former User

      I came across this discussion yesterday. In version 8.7.21 changes were made in the code for Kerberos, these changes corrupt the Kerberos authentication in Kopano. Can be found in the git repository https://github.com/Kopano-dev/kopano-core/commit/6f5412a63b750ff45206b085a3a195835322f98c . Unfortunately Kopano did not detect this during testing or Kopano does not care.

      In my opinion this is bad behaviour.
      It’s not only “a few seconds”, loading search folders can be up to 10 minutes with our database size.
      There should be some logic for server (re-)starts.

      For sure you’ll need to get acquainted with postfix and fetchmail.
      I would recommend you check the tutorials that matches the distro you are on.

      Get this done as building block, before moving forward with the Kopano install.

      Or how about subscribing for a license of 10 users, then you could use some support time units with Kopano, they are good and masters this topic with great clarity, they could set this up in a fraction of time. And you’d learn along the way.

      All depending how much you are ready to accelerate things. Either way you’ll be learning. Keep us posted

      @nils50122
      Here’s a sample of my Spamd file.

      server_socket = https://server:237 sslkey_file = /certs/core/spamd.pem run_as_user = kopano run_as_group = kopano log_level = 4 log_file = /logs/kopano/spamd.log log_timestamp = yes sa_group = kopano header_tag = X-Spam-Status ham_dir = /data/spamd/ham spam_dir = /data/spamd/spam spam_db = /data/spamd/spam.db

      I’m using RSPAMD instead of Amavis/Spamassassin.

      This link might be useful (towards the bottom) on how to integrate RSpamd with Kopano Spamd.

      So, has anyone actually done that? I’m thinking about doing the same thing right now, but I’m not sure how to do it. I’m also thinking about setting up a separate cloud server and installing kopano on the cloud server. However, my friend told me I could face specific issues with the servers. I know it would work the best if you have a limited Proxy connection, but what if the website won’t accept it? It’s a WordPress gym website made by xxx. The owner is a friend of mine, and he asked me to do it.
