KOE needs also permissions on the highest level of the mailbox. It’s not possible to set it only on one folder (like the inbox).
The permission can be “no rights”, but the user needs to be there.

Yes, ActiveSync can only displayed data that has been synced to the client previously.

The issue is much more complex than just send-as, also because the calendar item ends up in the wrong calendar.

There is probably no real way to fix it other than preventing a user to accept a meeting request in a shared folder.
I’ve created https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KOE-143 to look at this.

This will work when we implement https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KOE-124.

You can only resync folders, not specific elements.

But you could:

enable wbxml move the message to another folder sync move it back sync

Then it should be in the wbxml log.

“Verteiler IT” is a distribution-group in ad. Sure it has no mail-address because its just to contain users of the same department. If i send to “Verteiler IT” and expand this before sending - sure no error.

I will generate a log via special_user_logging, and provide you both, the log and the mail :)
