Right now the similar problems of too many blank lines / line spacing happens to me as well. I use webapp or deskapp exclusively.

I replied to a longer mail correspondence and added my signature. Result was that in the signature each line break produces three new blank lines.

I double checked the signature which is my regular one and which is working for month for me. For testing purpose I removed the formating for the complete signature block and set it again by setting a smaller font size only. But the blank lines in reply of this correspondence remain the same.

I analyzed the eml file of this mail, but in contrast to the source code of the outlook signature which I showed in thread above, there wasn’t any base64 encoding but just regular plaint text and html text.

@marty sorry, missed your reply. Unfortunately I don’t have any errors in the browser console. The only message I get is when this user tries to delete the files account:

After trying to delete an account I even can not logout the webapp. I have to close the browser. Even reset of the files plugin in the user profile is not working. It just says that webapp is reloading but it isn’t.

There is only one nextcloud account set up in the user profile and this has been working in the past without any issues with the same account and login. For the files account an app password has been created in nextcloud so it can not be something like wrong password. At the nextcloud side I don’t have anything related in the logs.

thanks for your feedback. I forgot to mention that we are also using Ciphermail.
In the one case we have, the sender is using old Outlook version, the certificate there is set in Outlook.

You are right. I Just change the OIDC_CLIENT_ID in /etc/kopano/webapp/config.php to not reflect those i declare in /etc/kopano/konnectd-identifier-registration.yaml and it’s working. So i delete the declaration in /etc/kopano/konnectd-identifier-registration.yaml and keep only those for meet guest users.

No but it should be possible to list single email addresses with wildcards in a rule. See my example.

that folder is certainly missing, since there is no single folder just called “Kontakte” as the one you highlighted is called “Kontakte (public)”.

There is a script to restore/recreate these default folders if they have been deleted by the user, but normally WebApp protects you from doing this.

@klausade There are still some open questions in this shared reminder ticket , that need to be addressed first.

And the current reminder dialog needs a small update to support shared reminders first, to make clear distinctions between shared and own store reminders.

I suggest you follow the ticket for updates.

We recommend using this tool over the script in /tools
The latter wil be removed in the near future as well.
