WebApp - One user can not change settings or access GAB

I have Kopano 220.127.116.11-1 installed on univention 4.4-5 errata 652 including the webapp 18.104.22.1689-1.
One user is suddenly experiencing the behavior in the webapp that he can not change any settings any longer (e.g. signatures, plugins, send as, etc.) After making the changes and pressing submit (Übernehmen) the little box storing (Speichern) opens but it never finishes. Sometimes this user also does not get the GAB diplayed. Different users work with the same browsers tested (MS edge (chromium), Firefox and Chrome).
BTW Somehow I can not upload images/ screenshots here. I am only getting the following error message.
Error Something went wrong while parsing server response.
Any ideas would be great!
@raceface2nd Can’t find anything related to this string. Do you have the exact text? And where do you see this?
I don’t believe in “Suddenly experiencing” things. What was changed on your server and when?

Regarding the webapp . . . I experienced this 2 days ago the first time. But I did not use the webapp since months. In the meantime there have been several updates but no changes to the user profile itself nor the settings of anything of kopano done by myself. So in my eyes it’s a kind of suddenly but I do not see anything weird in the logs.
The only difference to the other users I found out is that this user has setup a connection in the files plugin for usage with nextcloud and the access to the files is not working at the moment (maybe because of wrong settings). Is it possible to purge the user settings of this app using kopano-cli?
 It looks like the files app caused the error. I deactivated the app globally as nobody is using it at the moment. Would be great if it might be possible to delete the settings somehow via command line as it is not able via webapp settings.

Can you open the browser console and check for errors. Could you also post the files version.

@marty sorry, missed your reply. Unfortunately I don’t have any errors in the browser console. The only message I get is when this user tries to delete the files account:

After trying to delete an account I even can not logout the webapp. I have to close the browser. Even reset of the files plugin in the user profile is not working. It just says that webapp is reloading but it isn’t.
There is only one nextcloud account set up in the user profile and this has been working in the past without any issues with the same account and login. For the files account an app password has been created in nextcloud so it can not be something like wrong password. At the nextcloud side I don’t have anything related in the logs.
