The behavior was in both WebApp and DeskApp. Because I had to change the signatures urgently I reset the settings. After that it worked again.

thanks for your hints. I had a test license. But this update did not work and the support could not help. So I had to completly remove every tick in the settings (as explained in https://kopano.com/blog/staying-up-to-date-with-kopano-releases-on-ucs/) otherwise this UCS memberserver failed updateing/upgradeing.

dpkg -l | grep kopano-webapp

shows the output version:

kopano-webapp 3.5.14.2539+111.1

Is this the latest version, that I can get without a subscription?

I have this option also enabled since announced and it works well to mee too (inbox with 51k items and 4.2GB)
initial loading of mails is a bit slower when enabled the converation view but thas ok (only about 1-3 sec slower as compared with this option disabled)

@burgessja I’ve selected “Open Entire Inbox”. I thought it was the best option. But I didn’t find any way to move incoming mails.

I just checked my multitenant server, and it appears to already be functioning this way in the WebApp. The Mailbox shows up as “My Name” (My domain). Maybe the setting is in one of the sections for Multi Tenant installations?
