We see the error only on UCS Server. Customers with a debian installation doesn’t report this problem, yet.

The demo version is outdated. Using version 3.4.23.1909+83.1 to be exact

KQL is introduced in 3.5.1: https://forum.kopano.io/topic/2082/webapp-3-5-1-final-available

Currently latest final is 3.5.3, so update your system to this version and the query should be fine.

I just tried your tip. But unfortunately it doesn’t solve my problem.

When I type in the To-Field: zimmerei@domain.tld the Shared Store will be resolved and not the user with the alias address.

Do you have any further hints for me to solve this issue?

When you are siging an email in webapp to a user and open the recieved email in Outlook. Is the signing then trusted?

user setting in settings > mail > general mail settings

Setting is visible when any other language than English is selected

while we are still not able to reproduce the effect we have yesterday merged a potential fix for this. I have uploaded a bug containing this fix (along with some other changes reported in 8.7.0) to https://download.kopano.io/supported/core:/pre-final/.

Can you give this a try and report back if the issue was resolved afterwards?
