      Hi @odie ,

I’m afraid we would need more information to provide a helpful answer.

      • Which version of Kopano (or is it really Zarafa) are you running?
      • do you also get an error message in the server.log / the client when you try to login?
      • is this the full output of kopano-admin --details $username?

      Regards Felix

          Hi @odie ,

that version was released around october 2010. You should really consider upgrading to a more recent version as much has improved (it even has a totally different name now ;-) ).

For todays standard I the zarafa-admin output looks incomplete, but back then it may be complete. If you get a “check username/password” message I would try to set a new password for the account. if that does not change anything maybe raising the loglevel in server.cfg to 6 may give additional hints.

          Regards Felix

in the server.cfg you will find an option called log_level but its value to 6, then restart/reload the kopano-server process. after that you should get debug logging in /var/log/zarafa/server.log.

Since this can be quite a lot of logging i would recommend to set the logging back afterwards.

              Regards Felix

hm… that does not really give much of a clue. Before diving down any further maybe just deleting and recreating the user will help (as others as indicated still continue to do so).

After you have created the new use you can use the hook-store functionality to give the new use the old store back. more at https://documentation.zarafa.com/zcp_administrator_manual/user_management.html#reattaching-stores-from-deleted-users

I remove “<>” that and it says store hooked.
but when I log in her name it says login failed again

                          Thanks

Strange. I don’t suppose you have a subscription to have someone from our support look at your system?
