I am facing the same issue. After reloading the WebApp the error message is gone.

What are the steps?

• Send an email from an external account to your kopano account
• Login to WebApp using a browser
• Right click the unread email and the error pops up

Thanks. Think I found the issue. I made a ticket: https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KW-3381

I think you can ‘workaround’ this issue by setting “enable_shared_rules” to true
