Error Could not load rules

Hi there,
I have the following problem in the webapp. I get the following error message at irregular intervals when right-clicking on an email or when accessing the Settings menu.“Error Could Not Load Rules”
If I reload the whole browser window it is gone for the time being.
Set up:
NGINX
php7.3-fpm
Webapp V4.0.2644 + 1550.1 -
Did you play around with delegates or shared stores and were those permissions revoked?

No, i don’t play with delegates or shared stores.

I am facing the same issue. After reloading the WebApp the error message is gone.

Just got the error and i am able to reproduce it right now:

What are the steps?

- Send an email from an external account to your kopano account
- Login to WebApp using a browser
- Right click the unread email and the error pops up

I think you can ‘workaround’ this issue by setting “enable_shared_rules” to true
