This sounds like an issue that has been fixed in 1.5 (KOE-132), which is currently in beta, and in 1.6.
There is still an issue when sending from Acrobat, but all Office applications seem to work now. I would guess they use the official MS libs too. If the issue persists, could you let me know which libraries you are using specifically? Thanks.

Wouldn’t it be also possible to create some add-ins for Kopano Deskapp (which is, indeed, much faster as OUTLOOK) covering the interface to Microsoft Telephone (TAPI) and to ERP system?
If we can find how to create add-ins we may do. The only problem is to convince the customer of using Deskapp - is there any hidden functional difference to OUTLOOK?

the other question was to determine a domain from which he should autorespond everytime if the oof is active.

The options in autorespond just tells me to respond everytime, even if oof isnt active.

Hi @fbartels, yes, it’s added via KOE. But I understand now, there is no such setting for tasks, justs for calendar.
strange thing is, that it’s working when the due date is set… ;-)

Ok, I will try to get these. We had a couple of this case (own account) in the past, mainly when adding a new shared account/calendar/whatever. I think we can replay this with logs enabled.

Nooo … Outlook 2016 / Windows … many people complain out there, obviously this is not limited to ActiveSync accounts.
I just thought we might as well share experiences and tips here as many people will want to have a working search with their shiny new KOE/Outlook installation. But strictly it is not a Kopano topic at all. Current Outlook seems to have several problems that older versions did not have…

The fact that there’s no logfile suggests that KOE is not even started. That could be caused by issues with the .Net and/or VSTO runtimes. You might find some additional information in the system event viewer; Outlook log entries sometimes contain an error or similar.

Yes, but creating a new meeting with Outlook is a different thing from receiving one. Like @eli already said this feature is not supported in the currently implemented ActiveSync version and on top of that even with AS 16.0 support in Z-Push Outlook is only limited to AS 14.0.

In the past it was no problem deleting such mails manually. can you try to disable koe and then retry to delete the mail?
