Double check your folder access rights for
/var/lib/kopano/attachments and subfolders.
Had a similar problem and fixed it that way.
Don’t forget to rebuild your index.

Yes, this was one workaround we also identified, but better would of course be that the correct dependencies automatically would have been chosen.

ok thanks for your help! I managed to achieve what i needed by using python-zarafa for zarafa 7.1 on the old server. If I have a similar problem in the future I’ll open a ticket.

I’m afraid the main sync state is broken, so reindexing a single user won’t help. if you don’t have too many users, you could try a full reindex perhaps? so stop search, empty the index path (configured in search.cfg), and restart search… then wait… :P

I would love to know how the sync state got broken, so if the problem comes back, please do let us know. ideally with some more logging up to the event.

I recreated the store and now it is working. Strange that the store was gone?

i solved it.
replacing /etc/kopano/userscripts/createuser.d/00createstore
with the last one

chown -R kopano:amavis /var/lib/kopano/spamd
and
chmod g+w /var/lib/kopano/spamd/spam
chmod g+w /var/lib/kopano/spamd/ham

in one liner :
install -o kopano -g amavis -m 2770 -d /var/lib/kopano/spamd -d /var/lib/kopano/spamd/spam -d /var/lib/kopano/spamd/ham

Does the “World” need read access in the spamd folder ?
