Delete key not working in Deskapp

Hi,

We are using Deskapp on a Windows 2008 R2 terminal server. Webapp version 3.3.1 is running on a CentOS 7.3 server.
The problem we encounter is that with 1 of our clients the Delete key is not working, to delete a message he needs to select the message and click on the Recycle bin icon in Deskapp. We tried Webapp, but than the Delete key also doesn’t work.
Does anybody know what’s happening here and more important, how I can fix this?

Have you checked the settings/keyboardShortcuts ? Basic keyboard shortcuts are the minimum that should be switched on.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, the problem is resolved.
