Some clients (Win10 / Firefox) hang during login

I have a strange problem on two different Kopano installations (Community).
On some clients the WebApp login does not work or does not work at first go. After entering the login data, the “circle” goes round forever.
If I press “Reload” in the browser, I get back to the login dialogue. If I now enter the data again, it works. Most of the time. Sometimes I have to do this step three times.
I can also reproduce the problem. When the computer is restarted, the login always behaves as described.
It doesn’t matter which Kopano user I use.
I use the current Firefox in the standard settings without add-ons. I have already emptied the browser cache.
I find it confusing that it occurs on two different installations on different PCs.
