Reading status of Emails not correct

Hey,
I have a problem with the reading status of our emails. In our company we use one email for the workers and if anyone read the email the other persons must manuel update the mailbox, to see if the email ist read by an other person or not.
We use Debian 10 with Kopano 10.0.2.3. -

what kind of client are you seeing this behaviour with?

@frankvz sorry not overly familiar with WebApp myself. Therefore I moved your post into the WebApp section.
Edit: what I do notice myself sometimes is that when I mark mails read from another client (e.g. through ActiveSync) that the counter on the folder does not always reflect this change. But upon opening the folder in WebApp the counter gets updated. Is that what you mean?
