we got this mail from a client … in this context WE are the support ;)
i posted it in the forum first … and as you wrote, i opened a support case later.

Could you describe the case with clear steps. -
user_1 creates an appointment
user_2 creates another appointment2 at the same time and wants to invite user_1
user_2 can save the appointment2 but no invitation will be sent until he removes user_1
if user_2 adds user_1 again he can not save or close the appointment2 - only closing and reopen the deskapp makes the deskapp accessable normal … user_1 is not within the appointment2 -
