      Dear Support,

      If you invite a person to an appointment to which they have entered another date in the calendar, you can not send the appointment. You can save it, but no invitations will be sent (which Kopano also indicates).

      Only when you remove the person from the list of recipients, you can send the appointment. Then all invitees receive mail as usual.

      If you then add the person again, you can not save the appointment or close, there will be send nothing more. Only close the deskapp brings the appointment back to disappear, then the prevented person is not invited again.

      The whole thing can be reproduced under the following versions:

      clients:
      Win10 1803 64Bit all current hotfixes according to Uib / Opsi, Kopano DeskApp 1.9.0-3
      Win10 as above, but Kopano DeskApp 2.1.9-1
      Debian GNU / Linux stable, Kopano DeskApp 2.1.7

      Server:
      WebApp: 3.5.2.2146 + 87.1
      Kopano Core: 8.6.7

      The problem we know but only recently, before that came a warning that the person was prevented and you could still send the appointment. It should be that way.

      Any ideas?

              we got this mail from a client … in this context WE are the support ;)

              i posted it in the forum first … and as you wrote, i opened a support case later.

                  user_1 creates an appointment
                  user_2 creates another appointment2 at the same time and wants to invite user_1
                  user_2 can save the appointment2 but no invitation will be sent until he removes user_1
                  if user_2 adds user_1 again he can not save or close the appointment2 - only closing and reopen the deskapp makes the deskapp accessable normal … user_1 is not within the appointment2

                      i do not have an screenshot for the warning
                      but it was a warning, that the user has already an appointment
