I am sure this question was asked many times, but it’s the first time I try it myself. Apologies for whoever will answer as I am sure this was answered many times before.
I am trying to share some public folders that I have in my own account (shared between me and another user) so that I can see them in my mobile device (Android).
I tried to go into the MDM plugin (latest from the community site) and click “Manage Shared Folders” then select the correct ones, and hope to see them appearing as available folders in my phone email client (Nine).
I waited for a bit and forced it to sync again, but I can’t see any public folders.
Is there any way to do this?
Should I go and do this instead?
Apologies again if this was asked before.
Assuming I have to add it to the config file z-push.conf.php in /etc/z-push
Can I just put the top level Public Folder to share and z-push will figure out the remaining sublevel folders or do I have to list each one of them?
Assume you have:
If I add in the config.php file MyPersonalPublicFolder will it make everything else visible too?
Playing around with it I think nowadays the MDM plugin should do the same as the config file perhaps.
However… the folders still do not appear on the mobile phone even if MDM says the are shared…
