Outlook 2016 not sync notes

Hi yythoss,
I don’t get what the issue is. Are the current notes not synced at all? Or are all notes synced when you create a new one? You can also explain it in German.

Dann Versuch ich es mal auf deutsch.
Eine vorhandene Kopano Installation hat bereits ca. 15 Notitzen. Diese Notizen werden in Outlook 2013 mit Zarafa-Client synchronisiert und auch am iPhone sowie in WebApp. Also alles Ok.
Nun habe ich unter Windows 10 Outlook 2016 installiert und konfiguriert. Alles wird synchronisiert, bis auf die Notizen. Es sind keine zu sehen.
Lege ich unter Outlook 2016 eine Notiz an, wird diese synchronisiert mit kopano und ist an alles Clients vorhanden.
Es geht also nur um Outlook 2016 und bereits vorhandene Notizen. -

Wird eine neue Notiz vom Webapp nach Outlook synchronisiert?
Wenn eine von bereits vorhandenen Notizen im Webapp verändert wird, wird sie dann nach Outlook synchronisiert?Manfred

I tried to reproduce the issue but I can’t.
Added some notes on my webapp - the sync to outlook 2016 with active sync works fine.
Kopano-Core - 8.5.5 and Outlook 2016 MSO - 16.0.9029.2106 32 BIT
and after my update which I just made: 16.0.9029.2253 32 BIT - it still works (-:
Z-Push Version: 2.4.0+0-0which one are u using?
Maybe you can add another outlook profile on the outlook 2013 computer and verify if it works there with active sync?

Ich habe KOE 1.6-282 64Bit und Outlook 2016 Version 1802 Build 9029.2167 installiert.
Wenn ich eine vorhandene Notiz in WebApp ändere taucht diese nicht in Outlook 2016 auf.
Ein manueller Sycy per F9 bringt auch nichts auch ein Neustart von Outlook nicht.
Morgen kann ich das mal mit Outlook 2013 und Active Sync versuchen… -

Das WBXML-Log wäre hilfreich, ob diese Änderungen von vorhandenen Notizen im Webapp überhaupt in Outlook ankommen oder es vielleicht ein Z-Push- oder KOE-Problem ist. Vielleicht ist es auch ein Outlook-Problem im Zusammenhang mit ActiveSync.

Nachdem ich per KOE eine Neusyncronisierung gemacht habe, sind auch nun die Notizen da.
