      Hello,

I have a bigger challenge, in webapp I cannot see the message body anymore.
E-Mails are also not delivered via Z-Push anymore.

      I did an update to
      WebApp: 3.4.0.668-470.1
      Kopano Core: 8.4.0-596
      Z-Push: 2.3.6

      Apache version is 2.4.25

In apache I am getting [core:notice] [pid 16060] AH00052: child pid 16124 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

for me, it looks like php-mapi is not working anymore, can you please help.

      I also did a full re-install of my ubuntu 16.04 AMD64 server.
Everything works fine and without issue until I install webapp, then seg fault is comming…

      Thanks

      Ihon

I would say this is data related. Could you let apache write the core dump to disk and send it to support (at) kopano.com?

You can create a core dump as described here: https://serverfault.com/a/470410
Please inform the exact version & build numbers you are using.

        Cheers,
        Sebastian

I’ll send the coredump later today.
I am quite sure, it is not data related as it affects z-push as well.

Even when I install Ubuntu, kopano core then z-push I get the seg fault.

          Thanks,

          Ihon

              Hello,

I got the same error with version 3.4.0.670-471.1
AH00051: child pid 7516 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /etc/apache2

Please fix it as soon as possible.

It is not possible to open mails.
Active-Sync (z-push) is also not working.

              Regards
              schmidt

@schmidt said in WebApp is not showing mail content - apache2 seg fault:

                Hi @schmidt,
rolling back to core-8.4.0~553 might be the faster fix:

Delete the latest row in table “versions” of your kopano-db before starting the downgraded kopano-server and you’re done.

                mysql -hlocalhost -ukopanouser -Dkopano-dbname

                DELETE from versions WHERE databaserevision=66 AND revision=596;
                QUIT

                ++umgfoin.

                  Where to download?
I do not have the old version anymore and in the comunity edition only a newer one is available.
It would be really cool if kopano could provide the old one until this issue is fixed :-)

                  Regards,

                  Ihon

Short info, webapp-3.4.0.670_471-Ubuntu_16.04-all and core-8.4.0~636_135.1-Ubuntu_16.04-amd64 do not fix the issue

                    Thanks,

                    Ihon
