I had this behavior before.
In my case wrong permissions on the /tmp folder was the cause.

Check permissions for the user that runs the webserver (might be www-data) on the temp folder Kopano-Web-app is using.

@ckruijntjens I would not really call this debugging as there still seem to be performance problems. Could even be hardware related.

Tuning is very situation / usage / environment specific and this goes beyond the scope of the forum. If you have a subscription I recommend that you get in contact with our support - it will probably require a professional services project to help you find the optimal parameters for your setup.

You’re running the latest final. That means you’re not experiencing the same behavior as the TS did, and I’m not sure why you are responding to a topic which states a different WebApp version.

define("ALWAYS_ENABLED_PLUGINS_LIST", '') is already an older config option.

Kopano does not support Sieve rules, but has its own rules processor (that is part of kopano-dagent, rules are stored within the store of each user and can be modified e.g. through WebApp).

Afaik these rules need to match exactly and do not allow for dynamic parts. The workaround I could see is using python-kopano to generate these non-dynamic rules for you. There was an example script for modifying rules from python-kopano, but a short search did not bring it to the surface for me, maybe you have more luck.

In the admin-panel you can deposit a link to your imprint and to your data protection policy. At the login-page you can see these links. It’s simple and easy.

You can find the standard configs under /usr/share/doc/kopano/example-config/.

That is actually only true for configuration files from the server, not webapp or z-push.

AFAIK this is not possible in your Outlook version and newer. Please contact Kopano support for a definitive answer here.
