      Hi,

we migrated from Zarafa 7.1 to Kopano 8.4.5 and installed z-push 2.3.8.

Now I wanted to install my first OL 2016 (used MAPI-client with OL 2010 before) and the sync works but I cannot open shared folders.

I installed the gab sync script according to
      https://wiki.z-hub.io/display/ZP/Configuring+GAB-Sync+for+Kopano+OL+Extension

and can see the global addressbook in contacts - but if I click the ribbon “Kopano -> Open shared folder” then I get an error. I even tried it with an admin-user-account.

        Hi @cljk,

can you check if KOE properly detected your gab? see https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Global+Address+Book+(GAB)+unavailable+in+Outlook for steps.

The GAB was not present at first but I came to this page before and startet the z-push-gab-sync … since then the GAB is present.

So I think the detection is okay…?!

But the shared folders are not…

            Hi @cljk ,

ok in that case we need to see what is logged when you try to open the shared folder list. See https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Retrieving+Kopano+Outlook+Extension+logs for more information.

Seeing that you run a supported build you may want to submit your log files through a support case: https://portal.kopano.com/sdtickets/list
