are rules, configured in Outlook, connected via KOE only client rules, that work only when Outlook is opened?
Outlook: MS Office Home and Business 2016, Version 1711 (Build 8730.2127)
Kopano Core: 220.127.116.11
A User had configured one rule, that should forward all emails to another user. But the rule where executed not in his holiday, but the he opened Outlook after his holiday.
