One of my users had the following problem: every meeting request gave an error as shown on the picture below. As our database has seen several versions of zarafa till now on kopano, I suspected some old data was giving problems. I have have done the following to fix it :

  • suspend MTA
  • create kopano-backup for user
  • unhook user store
  • create new user store
  • re import kopano-backup user data
  • remove old store after verify OK
  • resume MTA

I think this procedure may help against other strange gremlins as well in case you have lots of old data…
