      When clicking Files, the main screen doesn’t show the cloud but displays the screen below:

        Please always include the exact version you are experiencing a problem with.

          the version of webapp is the latest from the community site:

          WebApp 3.4.0.965-0+600.1

          and the files plugin version is the production one:

          2.0.0.57

            I tried with the latest version of the files plugin:

            /files-2.1.0.193-Debian_8.0-amd64

            From the community site and the problem is gone.

            Therefore I can only assume that the production version of the Files plugin isn’t compatible with the latest webapp community version.

              Can you check if there are JS errors in the console?

                  I re-installed the production version, I still can see the issue, and I can’t see any errors…

                  I then moved back to the one in the community site and it all works again.
