it will only display my personal address book

Hi@all,
I have tow types of accounts in my kopano. One für the user and one for shared access for all users. In the shared account (user: office) are:
- the address book for shared use
- the calendar for shared use
Whe I log in with my personal user I can see and edit the adress book & calendar from the user “office” but when I write an new mail kopano show my onbly the adresses from the personal and not from the office-adress book.,
What’s wrong?
