Webapp not showing all emails in Inbox

Hi,
When I log in via the Webapp, the Inbox (right click on folder and select Properties) shows I have 41 items. However, the message pane only shows the first 10 (ish).
If I check my Inbox on my phone using ActiveSync, I see all 41.
Any idea how I can fix the Webapp to show the missing emails?
It isn’t a scrolling issue as there is whitespace at the bottom of the message pane. Plus scrolling makes no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
