Calendar meeting invitations are duplicated

Hi all,
I am experiencing an issue where calendar event messages are sent twice from kopano. These calendar -related events originate in a kopano inbox in our system and are sent to another kopano inbox in our system. I have not heard any reports of external clients creating or receiving this issue.
When a calendar event is created, the recipient receives two event notifications (e.g., update to event, new invitation, cancellation, etc). This duplication seems to just happen with calendar-related messages only (as opposed to other mail) and happens sporadically (i.e., I am having trouble identifying cause and replicating).
I compared the two message headers and see two similar, but slightly different messages.
- Same Message-Id
- Received by MTA at same second
- both received by kopano-spooler at same time
- Different ESMTP id
- Differences in dkim b value etc
This leads me to believe that the messages are duplicated leaving the sender’s inbox potentially on-route to the spooler via MAPI? Having trouble tracking it down.
Our system is running in docker containers.
kopano core v11.0.2
webapp v5.2.0
zpush 2.6.4
php 7.3
nginx 1.21.4I am not sure what else would be useful, but I will look for whatever will help us identify the cause.
