Error HTTP 200

When I receive e-mail from one particular sender, WebApp shows the following error. I’m sorry, this error is in Dutch:

*Foutmelding HTTP 200

Invalide data gekregen van de server. HTTP status tekst is: OK.
Neem contact op met je systeembeheerder als het probleem zich blijft voordoen.*

You don’t even have to select the mail to show the error. Just selecting the containing folder will show this. I just updates WebApp to the latest version, but that won’t fix this problem.

@nortepe85 Do you use smime? Which OS are you using!
if you are using debian 10 you could set up an offline repo and use the archive for it.
So you would be on version 8.7.16 ;)

Yesterdag I’ve created a new virtual machine, running on Debian 10.

WebApp: 6.0.0.57-1+2026.1
Kopano Core: 11.0.2

I’ve synced the attachments from the old to the new server, the same thing for the MySQL-database. Still the same error.

When the “bad” message arrives, the mail-log tells me this:

kopano-dagent[480]: renovate_encoding: reading data using charset “utf-8” produced partial results: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character
