new 'DB' version of kopano-webapp-passwd plugin

I recently updated my kopano server to the latest community version. As a result of that the password change plugin for the webapp stopped working. :-(
After some searching I came to the conclusion that there is no official supported nor a free (working) version version of the password change plugin currently available (please correct me if I’m wrong!)
As IMHO password change ability for the user is a must have I looked at the latest plugin version on github and modified it a bit so that it works again.

Please note that I tested it only for the DB version ( I have no LDP environment).
