      Hi!

I do have the problem that from time to time synchronization for Tasks, Notes, etc… just stops to work. Mail synchronization on the other hand just works fine.

I started to test this behavior daily and today the problem pops up again. So i searched the logs for any reasonable output and the only i found is that one:

Jul 5 08:38:20 serverv2 z-push/core[911134]: virtual HRESULT M4LMAPISession::OpenEntry(ULONG, const ENTRYID*, const IID*, ULONG, ULONG*, IUnknown**): OpenEntry(2) failed: interface not supported (80004002)
      Jul 5 08:38:20 serverv2 z-push/core[911134]: MAPI error: interface not supported (80004002) (method: zif_mapi_ab_openentry, line: 965)

I searched through the logs to be sure this one is related to my problem, for example yesterday no such errors got logged and there where no synchronization errors for Tasks.

I have this problem since i started using Z-Push (few years ago). Any hints here?

      Regards
      Richard

        Hi @darootler
this is known and handled in https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KW-3744
With Webapp 5.2 the error should not showup anymore. Until then you can ignore this messsages

          Hi @mkuemmerle,

thank you for your reply. I don’t think this is the same problem or the same component causing this problem. As you can see in my error logs that Z-Push is raising this error and not Apache/WebApp. In the linked jira ticket this error is related to WebApp.

As i already described i am facing synchronization issues with Z-Push and that’s the only error i can see so far, ignoring this error is not my prefered solution as you may understand.

Edit: Apart from that i am using WebApp 6.0.

          Regards
          Richard
