imapsync as admin user

Hi, I need to transfer from kopano to o365 using imapsync as follows:

imapsync --dry  \
  --host1 mailhost1 --port1 143 --tls1 \
  --user1 "testuser" \
  --authuser1 kopanoadmin --password1 kopanopassword \
  --host2 mailhost2 --port2 143 --tls2 \
  --user2 testuser --password2 testuserpassword \
  --automap \
  --delete2duplicates \
  --logfile "testuser"

imapsync reads authuser1 messages instead of user messages.
where am i wrong?

Hi @fdefilippo,

the kopano-gateway does not support the concept of opening a mailbox from a user other than the one that logged in. The same question was already asked in https://forum.kopano.io/topic/2087/zarafa-and-imapsync-authuser-feature which also gives a way to still migrate imap boxes without knowing the individual user passwords.
