User cannot cancel her repeating calendar meeting in webmail.

I got a user who is unable to remove repeating appointment in her own mailbox.
I’m a bit out of the bleu any trouble shooting ideas, have others encountered this as well ?.
I’ve had it once before with a user she also was unable to do it in webmail but she could do it in outlook
2016 (activesync client). However in this case the user doesnt have outlook 2016.
I would recommend to get in direct contact with the Kopano support so that a developer can inspect the appointment in question.
