how do you manually add public S/MIME certificates to your kopano?

Hi,

unfortunately our Kopano doesnt recognises a specific public S/MIME certificate. We searched the web for a solution to this problem but didnt find anything.

So our question is can u manually add a public S/MIME certificate to kopano and if yes how do you do it?
Where do you need to store it? In which format should the certificate be saved?

Hi @peter-panuski,

I would recommend to get in direct contact with the Kopano support so that a developer can investigate why the certificate cannot be imported.
