Kopano Files after upgrade not usable with smb backend

Hi, UCS 4.2-0 errata29. Kopano webapp shows both smb shares connected (green dot) but clicking on “DATEIEN” (FILES) does not show any folders and just loads and loads. Apache-Logs show:

Could you set debugging in webapp’s config.php to “E_ALL” and check if there are real errors thrown in the log?

Hello, I have the same error.

I set the config.php from E_ERROR to E_ALL to show you some logs.
But wich log do you need? I cannot see a webapp.log

Hi there,

could you please check if the folder /var/lib/kopano-webapp/plugin_files/ exists and if it’s owner is www-data:www-data?
If root is the owner please chown to www-data:www-data.

/var/lib/kopano-webapp/plugin_files was root and is now www-data
