search in mulitple calendars

Hi there,
for being able to help callers when they don’t know the name of their employee in charge the office has read access to the calendars of all employees. If now a customer calls office staff should be able to search all calendars for the customers name and help or forward to the employee in charge. All rights are given, all calendars show up but search function only delivers results for one calendar. Where can I change that to “all calendars selected”?
