      hi,

i observed the following behavior and not sure how to solve this.

If a user opens his Outlook Profile twice on different PC with the same Windows Domain User the ActiveSync (Z-Push) Status i getting out of controll. At worst it ist getting stuck in a Syncloop and at best it starts a complett new intial Sync on both PC.

What is the background of this behavior? In my understanding each Outlookinstance has its own independent OST File.

      Regards, René

        Hi @RenéS,

Could you provide more details on that? What do you mean by Syncloop? That both devices send Sync requests right after receiving a response? Or is there some change which is being synchronised over and over? It would help if you would provide logs to demonstrate the behaviour.

I had the same problem when using roaming profiles. I made the profile ‘local’ on the second (least used) pc and created a new Outlook profile for that PC.
