correct installation KOE / Outlook-Account

Hello, everyone,
we have here a UCS server 4.4.4 with Kopano 8.7.14. Besides we have a Windows terminal server (2012 R2 standard) on which we want to work with Outlook (2016) + KOE.
I have activated the feature “Outlook over ActiveSync Access” for the UCS user in the Kopano settings.
On the terminal server I have installed the connector 2.1.20 (for all users).
At the Outlook setup wizard I select “Manual configuration” -> “Exchange account”.
Here I entered all server / user data and selected “1 month” for offline use.
For testing I copied a part of the mail folder structure in Webapp into the “All public folders” subfolder: Mailpool.
Because the mails in this folder are all older I see in Outlook almost only empty folders.I set this in the account settings:
Email in offline mode = All
I see the old e-mails. When I set this setting for all users (all on the terminal server) the Outlook data file for each user grows extremely and in each data file are the public folders.
Is this correct or is there another way?

Is this correct or is there another way?Yes thats correct outlook saves all mails (shared and public) to one ost file per user - and the max size is 50GB if you exceed this limit outlook does not work as expected anymore
