Cann't see mailbody since update to WebApp 3.5.14.2539

I’m using Kopano Server 8.7.1.0-1 and WebApp 3.5.5.2276. WebApp has been updated a few days ago to 3.5.5.2276. After update I couldn’t see mailbodies anymore. Today I saw the update to 3.5.5.2276-1. I hoped that this would solve the problem but it didn’t :-(

How can I get back the bodies?

I forgot: the bodies are allready there because I can see them on my android via z-push. It seems to be just a matter of viewing.

I was going to do without Microsoft! However, since the retrieval of the mails on the desktop with WebApp or DeskApp does not work, but definitely works with MS Outlook, I have reinstalled this and am now working with it. Nevertheless, it would be nice to get an answer to the problem in the forum.

If additional information is required for a solution, please tell me which you need! I want to use OpenSource. But if it doesn’t work, I can’t!

Did you clear browser cache and deskapp cache ?

I didn’t do it before but now - sorry - but it didn’t change anything. For me it looks like WebApp and DeskApp cann’t access this part of the database. The same effect i can also see when I open the calendar. The clock is running but the appointments are not shown.

In Outlook (Exchange-Server) there is no problem and also not in Thunderbird (IMAP).

I saw right now you’re using Kopano files plugin version 3 (still beta and not working well with big shares)

try to get back to the supportet version with :

univention-install kopano-webapp-plugin-files=2.1.5.305+101.2 kopano-webapp-plugin-filesbackend-owncloud=2.1.0.87+42.5 kopano-webapp-plugin-filesbackend-smb=2.1.0.50+31.5
