Outlook meeting room double reservations

I wonder if other people have this problem as well.
The webmail client shows overlapping meetingroom reservations.

At the user side in outlook there are no details of anny reservations (only showing it as bussy, its not clear who reserved), and this double reservation is just one single large reservation.

Also when opening other’s people’s mailbox in outlook, appointments show only as bussy there are no details even if the other person gave full rights through kopano web client.

can you attach a picture of what you are seeing?

That you only see the status and no further information (title, organiser, etc) is normal however. The ActiveSync protocol only exposes the general state and no details.
