      Hello community,
      I wanted to know if there is any way to move mails to the archive folder like thunderbird does it.
      I tried to create a rule when a mail is marked as completed (green check) but I couldn’t define such a rule.

      Any ideas how to realize that with kopano?

        Hi I would realize this with the PIM (Personal Inbox Manager) Plugin in webapp/Deskapp, with this plugin you can define a folder to move emails to and a button on the mail view to do this
