I have a mailbox that a long time user logged into & was greeted with the 1st use dialog. No big deal, but subsequently the signature, shared mailboxes & email address smartlists (aside from global address list members) were no longer present. The shared mailboxes & signatures are quick & easy to re-establish.

So I’d like to gain some understanding of whether the address “smartlist” is something that Webapp pulls from the mail store or whether it’s a browser form data thing? If infact the kopano mail store does hold these lists is it something that can be restored using kopano-backup?

        WebApp version?
By smart list you probably mean suggestions or history list. This is stored in PR_EC_RECIPIENT_HISTORY_JSON_W.

There is a tool to ‘manage’ this: https://stash.kopano.io/projects/KSC/repos/webapp-tools/browse/manage_recipients/manage_recipients.py

          WebApp: 3.5.5.2276+93.1
          Kopano Core: 8.7.1

It is actually a Kopano4UCS installation.

Thanks for the tip about the python tool. I will look into it. Greatly appreciate your response.
