Delgate function - missing permission

Hi,
when setting a delegate for my calendar (secretary perm), I check the box “Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me.”.
My delegates receives the mail with the appointment, but when accepting/declining, message “insufficient permissions” will be displayed.
Fix: Right click my inbox, choose “settings” -> “permissions” and add the delegate here. Just click save. That’s enough, now it’s possible for my delegate to process appointments for me.

Tested on latest nightly and packages shipped with Debian 10.

Can you confirm? If so, should I file a bug?
