WebApp missing widgets for specific users

I noticed that new users do get these widgets, whereas old users (converted from zcs) get the message ‘No widgets installed’. All resources are loaded in the WebApp client though, apparently just not correctly activated.

Is there a way to correct this for specific users? (I don’t mind performing manual SQL updates, as long as I know what to do).

Oh, and I’m on ubuntu 16 LTS, latest KC/WebApp.

For those interested, we solved this by resetting the webapp settings for these users.
