@noise so on the mobiles you are also using IMAP?

In the client, can you list the folders and enable them for syncing?

        Regards, Bob

          Hai,

I noticed this problem last week.

@noise stop all kopano processes and start them again should fix it.
if not reboot the complete server.

          @bhuisman
I had this also with IMAP and z-push clients.
          version kopano : 8.7.80.936.529d71bca-0+193.1
          z-push 2.5.1+0-0

The strange things i noticed… at the moment of having that problem.
my computer and my z-push worked fine, mail arrived, i did not see any problems.

My brothers useng thunderbird, or MS Outlook and/or z-push never got the test emails i did sent.
After stopping and starting one of the kopano processes crashed with a debug errror.
I tried to replicate it but that did not work.

i’ll see if i have the debug part somewhere.

ok i try later with restart or reboot because i import now 2 user with 6gb pst files. It seems this goes a while and the first import has abortet because my laptop goes in sleep mode, and broke the pipe 🙈 i give a report…

Why via laptop, move the pst to the server, import it there.

                see:
kopano-migration-pst - Utility to import PST files

                And do start screen first.

One day it will save you ass… as it did mine :-)

                Greetz,

oh no 😊 the pst was on the server but the command was via laptop and then the pipe are broken. but i’m not really finished with import… 6gb goes over 4 hours or more… and saw a few new fail log (mapi)…

MAPI is not really my friend 🙈😂

edit: the import was startet yesterday at 21:00 now is 14 hours ago… i know this is not the same thing, but really strange… i think i need a few tunings… i take a look at this after finished with import…

                    ai,

these i dont know, i think we need @fbartels for this one.
                    first time i see : MAPI_E_DISK_ERROR and MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR

The only thing i can suggest here, stop the search indexer while importing the pst and let it index at an other moment after the import.

                    My first guess here.
Your disks are to slow for the import and index at the same time but again, is guessing…

                      @thctlo
                      i don’t know at MAPI_E_DISK_ERROR and MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR
there was also a messages by import with MAPI_E_DISK_ERROR waiting… try again… 5sek or similar.
The maschine was not on ssd only hdd, but the import is finished after 14hours. After this i notice also moving messages was very slow. So, i check the tuning, because i do a few udates and changes since first installation…
                      i take a look here:
                      [https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Tuning](link url)

now it runs very smoother also with moving a few houndert messages.
i think the import was the same thing.

Back to the thunderbirs/outlook folder sync…
after restart/rebooting the server outlook and thunderbird’s folders are not watching.
Then i move the folders to another dir, wait a bit and restart thunderbird. After this, the folders are watching by wait a few seconds/minute, then i move the folders back to the main dir with thunderbird, now it seems to be ok.
