Upgrade to version 3.5.2, signatures and suggested contacts erased

Hi,
I upgraded to Kopano WebApp 3.5.2.
It works but after the upgrade every signatures and suggested contacts were erased for every users.

Could you help me please?

We had the same problem for a bunch of users. I didn’t report that problem, but interesting to see that we’re not the only one.

I guess you have not only updated WebApp, but also Core? We have gotten similar reports and it looks to be a caching issue. Currently investigating, but exact steps are still unclear.

Yes, we did update also the core. Clearing the cache and restarting the server process did help to display messages again.

Another problem we encountered after upgrading and restarting the server or clearing the cache is to get already read and answered mails back as unread in the inbox and/or subfolders. Not sure if other customers experienced the same behaviour.

Hi @decibel83 and @msauer,

while we are still not able to reproduce the effect we have yesterday merged a potential fix for this. I have uploaded a bug containing this fix (along with some other changes reported in 8.7.0) to https://download.kopano.io/supported/core:/pre-final/.

Can you give this a try and report back if the issue was resolved afterwards?
