      Hi,

      one of our customers uses this (Orlando) ERP software (https://orlando.at/orlando-wawi/) and when sending an email (in this case it is a by Orlando generated order email to suppliers) via an Orlando (Print-to) email feature, Outlook crashes after pressing sent button in the opened Outlook email-editor window.
      After outlook restart, Outlook complains about crashing KOE plugin (as cause) and wants to disable it.
      Without KOE Outlook does not crash when sending from Orlando.

      We are using KOE 2.0.331 and Outlook/15.0 (15.0.5101.1000; C2R; x86) at Win10/64Bit.

      I’ve a KOE log w/ default log (fatal) severity:

        Hi @PRO123 ,

        we had some reports during the 1.x times that sharing a document e.g. from excel caused outlook to crash, but i have not yet heard about a crash when pressing “send” on an email.

        I would recommend to get in contact with our support so the issue can be reproduced and looked into. (the koe logging does not show anything out of the ordinary)
